By entering this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses if applicable.
The Competition is a random prize draw. Valid entries to the Competition must be made via the Discord giveaway bot in the NSE Discord before entries are closed on 03/01/2023 at 11:59 pm GMT. Using multiple accounts to enter the Competition is not allowed.
There will be 10 winners. The winners will be notified via Discord.
The winners will be chosen at random on 03/01/2023. If a winner can’t receive the prize, another winner will be selected at random.
NSE reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond NSE’s control. NSE accepts no liability for any undelivered, lost, mislaid or delayed prizes. Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of NSE. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
