Terms and Conditions.

By entering into this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Competition is open to those aged 18 years or over. Prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses.
The Competition is a random prize draw. Valid entries to the Competition must be made via Twitch. Using multiple accounts to enter the Competition is not allowed.
There will be 1 winner per game that is streamed on the Twitch channel from 10/12/2021 until 12/12/2021 which is when the broadcast will end. There will be 7 winners in total. Entries open at 6:30pm on 10/12/2021 and will get drawn at the end of each game. The winner will be notified via Twitch whispers. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.
The winners will be chosen at random. If a winner can’t receive the prize another winner will be chosen at random. A winner may only win once throughout the weekend.
NSE reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond NSE’s control. NSE accepts no liability for any undelivered, lost, mislaid or delayed prizes. Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of NSE. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
