ANNOUNCING EURC 2022 – SPONSORED BY PSYONIX!

UNIROCKETEERS HAVE TEAMED UP WITH PSYONIX AND EFUSE TO DELIVER EUROPE'S MOST AMBITIOUS UNIVERSITY ESPORTS EVENT TO DATE!

The 2022 edition of the European University Rocketeers Championship will feature 40 of Europe’s best University Rocket League teams competing for their share of a 10,000€ prize pool. The six most successful teams will get the chance to represent their university on the global stage at Psyonix’s brand-new CRL World Championship to be held this June!

You can watch EURC 2022 in English on the UniRocketeers Twitch channel. The event will also be broadcast in a variety of languages by UniRocketeers’ national partners all over Europe. The Finals Weekend and CRL World Championship Last Chance Qualifier will be broadcast by UniRocketeers on the Official Rocket League Twitch channel!

To participate you must be a full-time student at an eligible institution. A full breakdown of the rules and tournament structure can be found here.

Format

With 500+ University Rocket League teams participating during the Winter Season, competition for the 40 places in EURC 2022 has been fierce.

24 teams have been invited to take part in EURC due to their performances in national university tournaments or the UniRocketeers Winter Cups.

The remaining 16 spaces in EURC 2022 will be up for grabs in our Open Qualifiers

The Open Qualifiers will have a Double Elimination format, with the top 4 teams from each one qualifying for EURC 2022.
